My Postpartum Massage service is a holistic massage that promotes R&R, whilst simultaneously targeting specific areas of the body which might have pain or tension that may have arisen during pregnancy, labour, or delivery.

As a specialist I am here to support you through your postpartum journey, helping your body to recover, and getting you back to your best.

Who is Postpartum Massage For?

My Postpartum Massage service is tailored towards women that have recently given birth, either vaginally, or via C-section( read more on my C-Section Recovery service here). If you have aches and pains as a result of pregnancy or delivery, a Postpartum Massage could help your body to recover in a natural, relaxing way.

I also offer services throughout pregnancy to help ease aches, pains, and anxieties.

How Can Postpartum Massage Help?

Postpartum Massage can help to ease a variety of aches and pains associated with pregnancy and childbirth. It also promotes rest, relaxation, self care, which is key for helping your body to recover after the physical stress of childbirth.

This programme will also support you in building the strongest foundation required for your return to formal exercise alongside being advised on vital nutrition for a deep Post Natal recovery.

Time To heal

Drink lots of water to hydrate your cells and support your muscular skeletal system 

Stay Active: Gentle exercises like walking or stretching can help to reduce discomfort

Use a heating pad or ice pack to alleviate pain and inflammation

Remember to prioritise a balanced diet  for optimal muscle recovery.

Communicate openly with your therapist about any areas of tension or discomfort
